My love

I feel alive ,the moment I see you.
The wind caresses me with love, like never before.
My heart -a fountain of joy,
My soul - in a never ending bliss.

A touch seems too far, though you are so near..
Only if i could talk to you,I wish.
Those beautiful days..when I could talk, touch and live..
In that nostalgia,I drench,every hour,day and night.

I see the tears roll down your lovely cheeks.
"Don't worry my dear, for I'm yours for ever".
You cannot hear me now,I know.
Yet , I will talk ,see and love you..
From this graveyard, where I now belong.

A Strange feeling !!

I would have never had the thought of writing this post if the last 3 months had not happened to me!! As I'm writing this, I feel strange or should I say strangely weird..Cos I'm in a city I know I don't belong to N yet am forced to believe that for the last 3 months and another 2-3 months that this is my land. Hmmm.. Now it wouldn't be fair on my part to be all negative about the place..May be its just the cultural difference that I have to sense.

First the Positives:
*)Brilliant infrastructure that is way better than many places I have visited.
*)People -who are born foodies and born sweet.
*)Food - Their native Thali contains dishes more than books on Flipkart!!
*)Transport - I thought I had to get my ears checked when the auto driver said it cost Rs 3/- for a 3Km drive..
*) Movies - There are about 3-4 movie theatres on a single stretch of the road..how more easier can it get!!

And Now for the Negatives :
*) The city has brilliant infrastructure..but not a single PUB..Forget PUB, not even parties( I don think even birthday parties happen here!!).
*)The people are sweet and thats cos they add sugar to anything eatable..Acceptable to an extent, but sugar in chilly chutney!! Unforgivable!!
*)Thali has a lot of dishes..but only a few restaurants in the city serve them..that means an hour's journey for that!! N wondering what the other restaurants serve?? Chinese(they say so..) and South Indian(Makes me pull my tongue out)!!Else its Roti n Roti N more Rotis...
*) Transport- Since everyone here are either into textile or diamond business, money flows faster than water and so everyone owns atleast 2 cars(N god knows how many 2 wheelers!!). Which implies ..there are no public transport and you are at the mercy of auto rickshaw. Hold the thought..You are probably wondering why not an auto if they charge only Rs3/-..Well,they charge you that if you are on his route and within the 3 Km range ..anything apart from this, a hole in your pocket is for sure..
*)Movies : There are a lot of theatres like I said..but not a single one that show english movies(forget the other regionals..).Worst,they show dubbed english movies in HINDI..like we have always loved watching that chinese guy speaking in Hindi!!

But these experiences have had a very positive effect on me..For I now know the beauty of Namma Bengaluru like never before and I can't wait to get there!! ;)

The voice of silence

There was a need for silence ..a silence within.

There still is.In a world were chaos is the status of anyone who can still breath, there is always a need for the innervoice.
The voice that suggests the right decision, the one that knows to express only love, the one that is happy for the smallest of things, the one that loves the rain, the one that feels compassion ,the one that wants to help ,the one which sings the tune of love and dance to the rythm of life.

This voice can be heard only in silence. It can be acheived only through silence. It is the voice of the man on the cross, the voice of the holy texts, the voice of birth ,the voice of life and the voice of death.

Yet,we pretend to be deaf. But,may be,that is how it is supposed to be.Not everyone loves to explore, not everyone loves adventure. They decide to survive ,while a few others decide to LIVE .

To Blossom

Crisp is the breath when thoughts smile wide, Other times, shallow and heavy - as the unknown besets. Panting in agony, like the young lost ...
